The Emerging Talent Award 2021

I am honoured to have been awarded the Emerging Talent Award 2021 at the annual University of Auckland’s Property Department celebration last week for making the biggest impact to the property industry since graduating 1.5 years ago.

This award is for the graduate who has had the biggest impact on their company and the industry since graduating in the last three years with a Bachelor of Property, a Bachelor of Property conjoint or a Bachelor of Property (Hons).

In my acceptance speech, I’ve thanked people I am grateful to have along in my journey to today. 10 years ago, at the age of 14, I moved to New Zealand by myself, and one thing I learned was how important friendships are to me.

So thank you to my friends for always being there when I needed you the most. You are the reason I get up every day and do what I do.

To my managers Andrew BruceDi Murphy and Rob Meister and the team at NAI Harcourts Cooper & Co, thank you for believing in me and giving me the opportunities to unleash my creativity.

Thank you to the judges Chris Farhi MRICSMark Hitchcock and Elena Christodoulou for this amazing award, and Deborah Levy for everything you’ve done for the property students and the department.

And lastly, to my parents and sister who are currently in Thailand, for their endless support and always pushing me to be the best version of myself.
